- Lead and manage the QC and R&D team
- Ensure all products meet quality, safety, and ISO standards
- Oversee testing of raw materials and finished goods
- Investigate product issues and lead root cause analysis
- Develop and improve product formulations
- Identify ways to reduce cost and material waste
- Maintain accurate BOM and technical documentation
- Manage lab equipment, tools, and budget
- Work closely with Production and other departments
- Coach and develop team members
- Graduate of a Chemistry-related course
- Must be a Registered Chemist
- At least 5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing
- With leadership experience in QC or R&D (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)
- Experience in lab testing, formulation, and quality systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
