    Music Platform Support Specialist (Artist-Focused / Specialist Track) - Remote

    • We're partnering with a globally respected music distribution company to find a Music Platform Support Specialist (Artist-Focused / Specialist Track) — someone who genuinely cares about artists, accuracy, and the craft behind instrumental and classical music.
    • This is not a generic support role. You'll be an advocate for artists whose work deserves to be released, represented, and respected properly.
    About the Role
    • You'll sit at the intersection of artist support, music technology, and platform operations. Acting as a primary point of contact for instrumental and classical artists, you'll help them navigate releases, metadata, pitching, and the complexities of digital distribution.
    • You'll work closely with senior specialists and internal teams, combining customer support, technical problem-solving, and music industry understanding. This role sits on a specialist track, designed for people who want to deepen expertise rather than move into generic support management.
    Your Key Responsibilities:
    • Act as a trusted support contact for instrumental and classical artists.
    • Develop deep knowledge of music distribution workflows and platform requirements.
    • Collaborate daily with the Senior Instrumental Support & Growth Specialist.
    • Resolve artist, manager, and label enquiries accurately and efficiently.
    • Escalate complex or high-risk issues using clear escalation protocols.
    • Support priority artists to ensure premium service standards are met.
    • Coordinate with Distribution, Compliance, Publishing, and internal teams.
    • Assist with DSP pitching coordination, calendars, and material preparation.
    • Provide specialized metadata support, particularly for classical and instrumental releases.
    • Ensure releases meet quality, compliance, and formatting standards.
    • Maintain accurate CRM records and internal documentation.
    • Monitor uploads for errors, inconsistencies, or potentially fraudulent activity.

    About YOUR Work History
    • 2+ years' experience in customer support, platform support, or service roles.
    • Experience using CRM or ticketing systems (Freshdesk or similar preferred).
    • Comfortable using G Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, email).
    • Exposure to digital music distribution platforms or content supply chains is an advantage.
    • Background in music (study, performance, personal passion) is highly regarded.
