    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Responsible for Maintenance and correction of Products that have been sold.
    • Off-site corrective and Preventive maintenance as well as after -sales technical sales support solution.
    • To interact with customers to provide information and procedures to address the inquiries, concerns and requests to their products and services.

    SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Respond to customer complaints; evaluates and resolve problems of the customer; assists in installing the equipment; analyzes, inspect and determine solutions; work alongside with technical sales engineers; costing estimate on labor and materials;Concept and feasibility study; computation work ;multitasking.
