Position Functions

 Prevention and treatment of resultant illness or injury of employees and guests while assisting with the implementation of Health and Safety Standards.
 Promote good health among employees by assessing them at regular intervals including their health histories, keeping health records for every employee. With compliance to the current existing law and company regulations, Nurse should investigate and analyze trends of any occupational health hazard in complete collaboration with the safety team and each Department Managers.
 Schedules employee's Annual Physical Examination (APE) with company's HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) provider or a Private Clinic.
 Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
 Create a clean, and comfortable Clinic area.
 Manages and tracks inventories of medicines and supplies.
 Administer over the counter medications.
 Facilitates random Drug Checking to employees.
 Provides monthly Employee Wellness Program (EWP) that:
 Provides employees awareness and encouragement to aim good health at workplace.
 Provides health teaching to workers to ensure safety standards are met.
 Develop and implements health and safety programs other than EWP.
 Develop strategies to ensure maximum employee work input.
 Communicate with health management of each department on a regular basis.
 Assists employees during their hospitalization and monitors the progress of their health condition.
 Assists guest/s by properly endorsing them to the recommended nearest Hospital and monitors the progress of their condition during the transfer.
 Attend seminar workshops on HIV/AIDS, Gender Sensitivity, Family planning, and Stress Management etc.
 Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management or the Company doctor.

Competencies
 PRC licensed Nurse with at least a certification on First Aid.
 Preferably and ideally an OHNAP Certified Nurse.
 Should have at least one (1) year Work Experience as a Company Nurse. However, this is not Mandatory but an experience in the Health-care industry before providing health and safety advice to employees is irrefutably excellent.
 Must have knowledge and skills in emergency healthcare-related issues in the workplace.
 Must have Critical-thinking and problem solving skills.
 Must assess work environment to identify work hazards and plan intervention programs accordingly.

Communication skills
 Should be good communicators both in verbal and written mediums.
 Effective communicator creating a:

a. positive, warm and compassionate patient experience.
b. Meaningful patient engagement.
c. Patient education
 Should build a professional interpersonal relationship with the company's workforce to easily carry out clinical jobs while keeping patient engaged in their care.
