JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a Bachelor's degree
Candidate must be 20-35 with pleasing personality
Computer literate. (MS Word, Excel)
With related working experience is an advantage

JOB SPECIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
As a Customer Relation Associate

Assisting clients with emergency problems or unexpected situations
Providing solutions for clients' problems
Ensuring clients issues are resolved in a timely manner
Developing and maintaining clients' relationships
Maintaining records that are essential for both the client and PRDC
As a Team Leader for BDO

With knowledge in collections
Set clear team goals and KPIs
Delegate tasks and set project deadlines
Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance
Do regular performance evaluation
Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere.


JOB TYPE:

FULL TIME

SALARY:
Php Php300 load allowance + Php 500 internet allowance
