    Job Summary

    The Technical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and maintaining all technical systems supporting online casino operations, with a strong focus on IT network infrastructure, audio video systems, and live streaming platforms.

    This role ensures stable, secure, and high-quality broadcast operations while supervising technical staff and coordinating closely with production and gaming teams to maintain uninterrupted casino gameplay and streaming performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Supervise daily technical operations for online casino studios, including network, audio, video, and streaming systems.

    * Manage and maintain IT infrastructure such as LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, and internet redundancy to ensure high availability.

    * Oversee live streaming systems, including encoders, streaming servers, cameras, audio mixers, and video switchers.

    * Ensure consistent audio and video quality for live dealer broadcasts and resolve real-time technical issues during operations.

    * Coordinate with production staff, dealers, and encoders to support smooth game flow and broadcast continuity.

    * Monitor system performance, network traffic, and streaming health; proactively identify and mitigate risks or failures.

    * Implement preventive maintenance schedules for all technical equipment and systems.

    * Supervise, train, and evaluate technical staff; ensure proper shift coverage and adherence to SOPs.

    * Escalate and document incidents, outages, and technical anomalies; prepare root-cause analysis and reports.

    * Ensure compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and security standards related to online casino operations.

    * Support system upgrades, new studio setups, and technology improvements as required.

    Qualifications & Experience

    * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related f ield (or equivalent experience).

    * Strong background in IT network infrastructure (routing, switching, firewalls, bandwidth management, redundancy).

    * Proven experience in online casino operations, live gaming studios, or 24/7 broadcast environments.

    * Hands-on experience with audio, video, and live streaming technologies (cameras, encoders, mixers, streaming protocols).

    * Familiarity with streaming protocols such as RTMP, SRT, HLS, or similar.

    * Experience in supervising technical teams and handling shift-based operations.

    * Strong troubleshooting skills under live-production pressure.

    * Able to work with 80% of schedule is night shift.
