Qualifications And Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the hotel industry
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in supply chain management
• Proficient in handling purchase orders, GRN processes, and inventory management
• Proven track record in team management and leadership
• Knowledge of hotel purchasing processes and best practices
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process for the hotel, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchase of goods and services
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing agreements
• Create and manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure compliance with procurement policies
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
• Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues or concerns
• Lead a team of procurement professionals and provide guidance and support in daily operations
