    We're Hiring: SAP Finance Lead

    We are looking for an experienced SAP Finance Lead to drive our financial processes and enhance our SAP system capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAP finance modules, with the ability to lead teams and manage complex projects effectively.

    Location: Manila, Philippines

    Work Mode: Onsite

    What You'll Do:

    • Drive the vision and blueprint for target‑state business and solution architecture

    • Take accountability for excellence in SAP Finance/FICO design and execution

    • Provide thought leadership as the functional design authority in finance and industry domains

    • Engage client leadership to understand their transformation goals and align SAP solutions

    • Lead project teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes across implementation phases

    • Build strong relationships with client executives and support ongoing business development

    • Lead pursuit teams for new opportunities and contribute to proposal development

    • Coach, mentor, and support delivery teams in day‑to‑day execution

    • Participate in recruitment, team development, and retention activities

    What We're Looking For:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field

    • 10+ years of SAP implementation experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role leading Finance/FICO projects

    • Recognized leader with strong regional or industry market knowledge

    • Extensive experience in SAP‑led transformation programs, especially in manufacturing

    • Strong understanding of emerging business and technology trends

    • Proven ability to engage and influence client leadership

    • Self‑motivated with the ability to independently drive success

    • Strong situational leadership, coaching, and mentorship capabilities

    • Value‑driven, collaborative, and committed to service excellence

    • Willingness to travel locally and internationally for project assignments
