We are looking for a motivated and reliable CAKE ARTIST to join our operations team and support the smooth running of our commissary.
Job Summary
Luckyrich Commissary is looking for a talented and creative Cake Artist who is passionate about cake decorating and committed to delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, strong artistic skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and decorate cakes based on company standards and client request
- Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Coordinate with production team to meet daily order targets
- Minimize cake damages and ensure proper handling during preparation
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate or Vocational Graduate in Baking & Pastry is an advantage
- With experience in cake decorating (fondant, buttercream, piping, etc.)
- Creative and detail-oriented
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with positive attitude
