Our client is building a high-performance engineering team in Manila and are hiring across multiple levels and specialties.
Manila Team Lead / Senior Full-Stack Developer
Experience Required: 6+ Years
Summary Qualifications:
- Strong full-stack expertise in React + TypeScript and
- Solid Python experience (APIs, scripting, data pipelines)
- Experience architecting scalable frontend and backend systems
- AWS hands-on experience (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, ECS/EKS)
- Database design expertise (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with AI/LLM integrations and vector databases preferred
- Proven team leadership experience (leading 5–10 engineers)
- Strong code review, architecture governance, and Agile leadership skills
- Excellent English communication for daily US collaboration
Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer (Frontend-Heavy)
Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Summary Qualifications:
- Strong React + TypeScript experience in production environments
- Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, React Query)
- Solid API integration skills (REST/GraphQL)
- Working knowledge of backend development
- Basic Python scripting skills
- Database experience (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with AWS services
- Strong testing mindset (Jest, React Testing Library)
- Good UI/UX collaboration and responsive design skills
Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer (Performance & Accessibility)
Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Summary Qualifications:
- React + TypeScript expertise with performance optimization experience
- Strong knowledge of Core Web Vitals and frontend performance tuning
- Experience implementing WCAG accessibility standards
- Backend optimization skills (API performance, query tuning)
- Familiarity with caching strategies (Redis/CDN)

Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer (Integrations & Services)
