- Inspects and repairs defective fixtures
- Prepare tools and materials needed in preventive maintenance for the next shift of technicians
- Perform the scheduled preventive maintenance activities
- Check and inspect the works of assigned technicians in preventive maintenance activities
- Responsible for the switching on and off of transfer pumps
- Handles complaints on electrical equipment
- Coordinates with the Building Manager and Engineer for the instructions
- All other related tasks as required
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the electrical equipment, power rooms and other assigned areas
- Responsible for the periodic inspection of fire extinguishers
- Responsible for the retightening of switch gears and cleaning of panel
- Responsible for the occasional carpentry, welding and other repair work

h. Air Compressor, Chillers and Air Dryer ar Chiller room
i. Deep Well pump
j. Boiler machines NLP and SVS
k. Cooling tower 1-4. (SVS and Cooling Tower 1-5 (NLP)
