- Day to day developing and guiding of Philippine team.
- Be superuser on AEM and Marketo
- Secure competency development of Phillipine team.
- Ensure alignment and efficient internal stakeholder management and collaboration.
- Overall responsible for all testing of DBS content, links, forms etc.
- Evaluate and track performance to secure constant improvements.
- Drive DBS selected digital projects
- Ensure Grundfos' brand guidelines and CVI is followed
- Relevant master degree from business school or university
- Min. 3 years of experience with a documented history of working with global social media.
- Min. 1 years' experience from developing, managing and implementing marketing activities and being day to day team lead for a team of >10 people.
- Knowledge of web and marketing automation tools (AEM, Marketo)
- Familiarity with web standards
- Working knowledge of website management tools
- Proficient in HTML/CSS, XML; knowledge of SQL and Javascript is desirable

What is the Job all about?
You will be responsible to develop, implement and support the activities caried out by the Grundfos DBS Marketing Philippine setup. The other part is to implement special projects related to DBS (Domestic Building Services) Digital Marketing and to be superuser on 2 of our major tool (AEM and Marketo).
The Team lead ensures that all activities carried out by Philippine team meet or exceed the set priorities and targets, with the resources allocated by the DBS management team.
You will be directly reporting to the Senior Global Marketing Director and to be based in Ortigas, Pasig City.
