Overview
As an App Acquisition Analyst, you will be expected to create and implement strategy and initiatives leading to the achievement of acquisition targets of the DITO App. You will work together with design & delivery team in ensuring the most ideal customer journey is achieved, as well as with digital operations team to carry out flawless launch of your ideas to DITO customers.
Functions and Responsibilities
• Implement growth strategies and initiatives: such as, but not limited to enjoyable purchase journey, personalized communications, gamification, online to offline collaboration, etc, with direct impact to DITO App acquisition metrics (SIM sales, mobile and home postpaid applications, downloads, installs).
• Lead overall planning, cross-functional alignment, and execution of short-term campaigns and promotions from ideation, launch, to post-launch monitoring.
• Prepare campaign proposal complete with GTM, communication plan, etc.
• Implement initiatives according to committed schedule and budget.
• Assist in advertising and promotion efforts whether it be towards digital or traditional platforms.
• Keep up to date on competitive landscape and emerging app growth programs.
• Other key tasks: data analysis, regular reporting, market research, networking.
Job Skills & Qualifications
• Preferably has a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology, or equivalent field of study.
• With relevant experience in B2C, retail channel, e-channel selling.
• Experienced in project management – budget, scheduling, and resource.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (verbal and written).
• Strong analytical, critical, and problem-solving skills. Data-driven decision maker.
• Highly motivated and target oriented.
• Innovative, creative, and customer centric.
• Familiarity with MS Office and project management tools.
