- Establish and build relationships with multiple internal/external (offshore/onshore) customers
- Monitor Company compensation and pension programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws, standards, and Work Council agreements in order to guarantee Business programs are fully integrated with statutory programs within each country
- Bachelor's degree - Preferred Math background (graduate of any engineering, math, stat, etc.)
- 4 years of experience in TR experience specifically on planning and strategy
- 3 years analytics experience (analyzing, insights and recommendation)
- Advanced excel knowledge and experience (pivot and VLOOKUP)
- Good collaboration skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good communication skills
- With experience in HR (excel, collaboration, presentation and communication)
- With Analytics experience (excel, collaboration, presentation and communication)
- Knowledgeable on different tools used for analytics (e.g. Power BI)
