- Have a few years of experience providing technical solutions to end-users
- Like to work across the breadth of different technologies and learn new things every day
- Are empathetic towards the needs of your customers,
- Can think out of the box to provide solutions while preserving the integrity of the operating environment
- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
- Must be able to work following Singapore local time
