Responsible in solving business process problems. Challenges existing processes and or define new onesto improve or facilitate system changes. These cover requirements gathering, fact finding and discovery,business process development and implementation, systems testing and process compliance. Serves asthe liaison of the business process owners and the Information Systems Department.
