Job summary
The role ensures completeness of records adherence to internal controls and proper documentation for Accounts Payable Associates and the accurate and timely execution of accounts receivable activities including billing collection receipt application and sales reporting for Accounts Receivable Associates Finance Operations Senior Associate manages daily finance operations ensuring accuracy completeness timeliness of finance deliverables across AR AP GL Sales Audit Fixed Assets Financial Reporting providing functional leadership enforcing internal controls serving as primary point escalation operational issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Must be a CPA
- At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience for Associate level
- 3–5 years relevant experience in finance operations supervisory or senior associate experience for Senior Associate level
- Strong attention detail basic reconciliation skills
- Proficient MS Excel ERP accounting systems
