Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pastry Technologist to join our team in the Philippines. In this role, you will serve as the technical bridge between our company and our clients. You will be responsible for showcasing our product range, providing expert training, and developing innovative application solutions. The ideal candidate possesses not only deep pastry knowledge but also the creativity to inspire clients with modern cake-making and cream piping techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Demonstrations & Training:

- Conduct high-quality, professional product demonstrations and applications for existing and potential clients.

- Plan and execute baking classes and workshops at partner baking ingredient stores.

- Provide technical training and share advanced pastry techniques, with a strong emphasis on cake decoration and cream piping skills, to elevate client capabilities.

- Application & Recipe Development:

- Develop new and innovative application solutions (recipes and finished products) using the company's product portfolio.

- Focus on creating visually appealing cakes and desserts that highlight advanced piping and decorating techniques.

- Technical Support & Sales Support:

- Promote the company's application solutions to clients to drive product sales.

- Assist clients in resolving technical pastry issues related to the company's products.

- Collaborate with the sales team to support key accounts with technical expertise.

- Administrative & Reporting:

- Build and maintain a structured client database to track interactions and training provided.

- Prepare basic reports and presentations using computer software as needed.

- Accomplish other assignments and projects as given by the superior.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional working experience in the pastry and baking industry.

- Technical Skills:

- Must have expert-level proficiency in cake making and cream piping techniques.

- Strong knowledge of baking science and ingredients.

- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Communication: Ability to communicate in English and possess basic English writing skills for reporting purposes.

- Attributes: Creative, client-oriented, with strong presentation skills and a passion for the baking industry.
