We are structured in the country as an umbrella company of a number of brands or business units such as UM (media agency), Initiative (media agency), Magna, Orion, MediaBrands Content Studio (MBCS) plus our now affiliates Kinesso, Reprise (performance marketing) and Matterkind (programmatic / addressable media) which unified into one business unit still called Kinesso that incorporated its own company in 2021 to form Kinesso Philippines, Inc.

We are looking for a FINANCE ANALYST who can join our support team.

THE FINANCE ANALYST ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure Data Accuracy

The Finance Analyst - FP&A check that data is accurate and conduct audits to maintain truthful and precise data in documents.

Analyze Financial Information
Analyzing and interpreting financial information, the Finance Analyst- FP&A provide assurance that information complies with professional and regulatory standards. Ensures that data supports budgeting and forecasting requirements, and they provide solutions to control issues.
Support Monthly and Annual Close Processes and Budgets

At the end of the month or year or during the budget submission the Finance Analyst- FP&A record information such as accrual, deferral, reclass, and interdepartmental entries into the company's accounting ledger.

They perform account analysis to make sure that entries and balances are correct.
Reconcile Accounts
On a regular basis the Finance Analyst- FP&A reconcile accounts with the general ledger. Ensuring that all entries are accurate and that transactions are reported in accordance with accounting standards and BIR regulations.
Prepare Journal Entries
With appropriate supporting documentation, Finance Analyst- FP&A analyze the journal entries relating to the entities. Ensuring that entries align with US GAAP
Taxation
Will help the Sr. Finance Analyst on the preparation of tax returns.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA license is an advantage
Preferably with 1 to 2 years of related work experience.
Proactive and detail-oriented
Strong time management, organizational and analytical skills since this role will handle analysis of accounting entries, assist in budgeting and forecasting
Experience in assisting during tax assessments/reconciliations for BIR and year-end audits is preferred
Proven ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team
Highly organized, conscientious, with the ability to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work successfully within a team, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
Excellent problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills, while being accommodating and adaptable to changing business needs and requests
Working knowledge in SAP or Oracle is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs especially Word and Excel

Amenable to a flexible hybrid work arrangement with at least twice a week office reporting at Two NEO, BGC, Taguig City.
