• Collaborates with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions for posting and hiring criteria.
• Meet with the hiring manager to assess needs.
• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screens applications and runs GHRR background checks.
• Schedules interviews oversees the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Create a job posting.
• Post Ads on Linked In/Career Page/UKG recruiting.
• Manage applicants in the pipeline - send out automatic emails - thanks/maybe/no
• Optional Recruiting steps
  o Potential 1st phone interview for managers
  o Scheduling interviews for managers
• Draft offer letters
• Create an IT request form
• Onboard new hires through UKG
• Remote I-9 verification
• Follow up on benefit enrollments within the first 30 days employment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
• Knowledge of the UKG Ready platform is a plus
• Prior experience with talent acquisition/recruiting software program
• In-depth knowledge of recruiting sites such as Indeed, Career Builder, etc. a must
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
