    Qualifications:
    1. Preferably graduate of any BS Office Administration (BSOA) or Diploma in Office Management Technology AND related clerical courses.
    2. Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
    3. Proficient in oral and written communication skills
    4. Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
    1. Assists the Engineering Coordinator in supporting the Engineering Manager and all engineers in their works activities
    2. Assist the General Manager in his correspondence.
    3. You shall be under the supervision of the Engineering Coordinator.

    DELIVERABLES:
    1. Timely coordination of fax, telephone, letters, e-mails or other communications/documents to and from clients, government agencies and project-related entities.
    2. Updated and complete filing of project documents as assigned by the Engineering Coordinator.
    3. Updated and complete filing of pertinent documents as assigned by the General Manager.
    4. Timely and proper actions on the necessities of the OGM and engineers such as office supplies etc.
    5. Accurate preparation of billing requests coordinated by the engineers.
    6. Clerical tasks
