    Main Responsibilities/ Tasks:
    The role is task to provide day-to-day administrative support to the Account Manager to ensure smooth coordination between our company and external employees:


    • Communicating regularly with clients to provide business support
    • Addressing client and employees' concerns, resolving issues
    • Creating work schedules and project plans to meet deadlines
    • Ensure proper administration of due process in executing incident reports (employee disciplinary action) based on company's code of conduct aligned to the standard labor law/process.
    • Provide administrative support including but not limited to Timekeeping, Reportorial Requirements as may be assigned by the Department.
    • Manage account/s and develop positive working relationships with external employees
    • Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree Holder
    • At least 2 years relevant working experience, preferably within manpower / staffing industry
    • Has strong personality and excellent people skills, ability to mobilize and manage around 100 to 150 skilled workers
    • Previous experience within HR function is highly preferred
    • Reports analysis and documentation skills
    • Knowledgeable with MS Office (particularly Excel)
    • Must be flexible in terms of working schedule
