- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- With at least 3 solid years of working experience in end to end recruitment preferably within the BPO industry
- With at least 3 years of sourcing and selection background for corporate and leadership roles
- Adept with efficient sourcing and recruitment practices, processes, and has end to end hiring experience
- With good communication skills, can deal with stakeholders, and can collaborate with different departments
- Candidates who can start ASAP will be prioritized
