A Virtual Assistant is expected to:

We are looking for a virtual assistant who will be responsible for providing effective, accurate, and timely administrative support to our People and Culture Coordinator based in Sydney. They will be responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. It is an important position in the company as you provide the first impression of our employer brand.

• Interview scheduling, monitoring pipelines on IRSHR (applicant tracking system), and providing updates to P&C Coordinator
• Managing the administration of interview feedback
• Maintaining and updating P&C process maps and documentation and continuously looking for ways to improve processes
• Setting up Learning & Development training sessions via Outlook Calendar
• Support with reporting and analytics

What it takes to be part of our team:

• At least 1 year of experience working in a similar position
• Excellent communication skills
• High-level organizational and administrative skills, with a problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels.
• A self-starter and a real team player, who can evidence using their initiative and their ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities whilst maintaining good attention to detail.
• Excellent MS Office skills particularly Excel, and Outlook.
• High level of confidentiality.
