- Configure and maintain load balancing solutions to distribute network traffic efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize network infrastructure.
- Provide Level 3 support for network-related issues and incidents.
- Conduct periodic security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Implement and manage SSL certificate renewals for secure communication channels.
- Participate in the design and implementation of AWS cloud networking solutions.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in cloud technologies and networking protocols.
- Adhere to ITIL practices for incident, problem, and change management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 1-5 years of hands-on experience in administering and troubleshooting L3 Switches and Next-Generation Firewalls (F5, Palo Alto, Fortinet).
- Proficiency in load balancing technologies and methodologies.
- Cisco training or certification (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of networking concepts such as VLANs, VPNs, routing, and subnetting.
