    About the Role

    The Project Manager ensures timely and high-quality execution of client deliverables, coordinating teams and projects across US and Philippine staff. This role emphasizes operational rigor, tracking, and accountability, enabling the firm to scale while maintaining high service standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage client engagements and internal projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope adherence.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational execution and practitioner-level deliverables.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including US and Philippine staff, to execute accounting, CFO, and technical implementations.
    • Track and manage workflows, tasks, and dependencies using ClickUp or equivalent tools.
    • Assist with onboarding new clients and team members, ensuring smooth integration into systems and processes.
    • Collaborate closely with senior leaders to ensure alignment between project execution and operational priorities.
    • Provide status updates, identify risks, and recommend solutions to maintain client satisfaction and internal efficiency.

    Competencies and Qualifications

    • Proven project management experience, ideally in accounting, finance, or technical services.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
    • AI and efficiency disposition - embracing tools for process improvement
    • Experience managing remote or distributed teams across multiple time zones.
    • Familiarity with ClickUp or other task/project management tools.
    • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Accounting background preferred but not required; strong operational aptitude essential.
    • Collaborative mindset with a focus on execution and supporting team success.
