    The responsibilities associated with the position include:

    • Arrange travel requirements of the project execution team, including other employees of the organization with business travels to the project site—land transportation, hotel accommodation, and other travel requirements.
    • Coordinate and facilitate hotel reservation requirements of travelling team members, employees, guests, and other project stakeholders.
    • Maintain general filing system and file all correspondences, including document control function.
    • Maintain adequate inventory of office supplies.
    • Manage the revolving fund of the project execution team.
    • Monitor messenger and janitorial services.
    • Facilitate and manage utility services for project site office such as reception, general cleaning, maintenance, and emergency ensuring compliance with DOLE workplace guidelines.
    • Perform asset management assignments to account for and maintain project site office furniture, equipment, appliances, tools, pantry, etc.
    • Perform other duties as may be required by the Project Manager.

    Requirements

    Skills:

    • Office administration and document control
    • Written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work methodically, accurately and neatly
    • Proficient in maintaining accurate digital and hard copy records in the form of databases and shared folders and files
    • General understanding of Oracle system and Google suite
    • Computer literate, proficient in word processing, spreadsheet applications and presentation tools

    Experience:

    • At least 2 years of relevant experience focused on administrative work and assignments, including document control
    • Experience in power plant and energy storage project development and construction sites, preferred
    • Experience working with government and public sector, LGUs and local communities

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree, preferably business-related fields
