RESPONSIBILITIES:
4.1. Prepares and revises inspection standards for incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection. 4.2. Supervises incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection of products and materials to ensure compliance to customer quality requirements. 4.3. Summarizes, reviews and analyzes results of incoming, in-process monitoring and outgoing inspection. 4.4. Prepares, revises and files inspection standards for new and current products. 4.5. Prepares, summarizes and files corrective action report issued to responsible section and/or supplier. 4.6. Conducts verification of implementation and effectiveness of formulated corrective action to customer claims and from suppliers. 4.7. Handles and controls calibration of all Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment. 4.8.

Ensures on time response to all customer complaints by conducting root cause analysis and formulation of appropriate corrective action in coordination with concerned personnel.

4.9. Evaluate, implement and improve quality processes Perform other activities assigned by immediate superior.
