Job summary
The Human Resources Support II role at Medtronic involves providing HR support to employees, handling daily operations, and participating in daily meetings. Required knowledge includes a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and experience with HR systems.Responsibilities
- Perform daily operations whilst adhering precisely to the defined Work instructions & FAQs for your ELC Team providing answers to customers on a range of topics from HR policies, Payroll, Benefits and many more
- Flag problems and work on A3s as per the DMAIC model
- Actively participate in daily meetings
