You will help drive internal price performance by monitoring pricing effectiveness, strengthening pricing processes, and ensuring alignment with financial goals. This role focuses on analyzing internal data, evaluating margin impacts, and identifying opportunities to improve price execution and profitability. You will collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Finance, and World Area teams to enhance pricing discipline and operational efficiency.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Monitor internal pricing performance and margin trends to identify drivers of variance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze pricing data to evaluate price execution quality, discount behavior, and compliance with pricing guidelines.
• Develop and maintain pricing dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support continuous visibility into price performance.
• Conduct profitability and margin analysis across products, customers, and channels to guide pricing improvements.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to ensure accurate price implementation and to resolve pricing issues.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve price realization and reduce margin leakage.
• Assist in forecasting the impact of pricing actions on revenue and profitability.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in pricing analysis.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and BI/data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience working with pricing, financial modeling, or data analytics.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects to completion.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
