    Job Responsibilities :
    Post Cash disbursement entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.
    Prepares Annual book of AccountsDevelops and implements accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures.
    Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

    Monitor/ Prepare Accounts Receivable/ Payables collections· Monitoring company accounts and conducting quarterly reviews· Profit-and-loss statements· Provide accounting and financial support to management as needed· Assist to collect requirements needed from the tenants.· Encoding Vat Relief for preliminary taxation reporting to BIR· Assist for year End reports.· Assist Accounting Assistant for Tenants Utilities.

    Requirements and skillsProven bookkeeping experienceSolid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principlesProven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial recordsData entry skills along with a knack for numbersHands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary softwareProficiency in English and in MS OfficeCustomer service orientation and negotiation skillsHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailBS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
