Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll In-Charge to manage the company's payroll process and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in payroll computation, government contributions, and compliance with Philippine labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end payroll (timekeeping, computation, adjustments, deductions)
- Ensure accurate computation of overtime, holidays, and leave pay
- Prepare and process government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Handle BIR 2316 and other payroll-related compliance
- Maintain payroll records and employee compensation data
- Coordinate with HR for attendance, new hires, and employee status updates
- Address payroll inquiries and discrepancies
- Prepare payroll reports for management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years experience in payroll processing
- Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits
- Proficient in MS Excel and payroll systems
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and trustworthy
- Able to handle confidential
