The Bridge Loan Underwriter evaluates and approves short-term bridge loan applications in accordance with company guidelines and risk standards.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, real estate or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of underwriting experience in bridge loans, private lending or residential/commercial real estate
