Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions including purchases sales receipts and payments Prepare and analyze financial statements on a regular basis Ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards relevant regulatory requirements Monitor and analyze company income identifying trends variances opportunities for improvement Prepare forecasts projections based on financial data to support business decisions Develop maintain inventory tracking systems accurately reflect stock levels cost of goods sold COGS inventory valuation Track categorize company expenses proper allocation adherence budgetary guidelines Review approve expense reports compliance company policies Prepare file accurate timely tax returns in compliance federal state local regulations Provide guidance tax planning strategies minimize companys tax liabilities Establish maintain internal controls safeguard compan assets accuracy financial data Conduct regular audits identify discrepancies recommend corrective actions Provide financial insights recommendations management analysis financial data Assist strategic financial planning budgeting forecasting processes Qualifications Bachelor degree Accounting Finance related field CPA certification required Proven experience years CPA similar role preferably startup small business environment Thorough knowledge accounting principles practices GAAP Proficiency accounting software ERP systems e.g QuickBooks Xero SAP Strong analytical skills interpret complex financial data Experience tax preparation compliance Excellent attention detail organizational skills Ability work independently team fast paced environment Strong communication interpersonal skills explain financial concepts non finance colleagues Job Type Full-time Pay Php30000Php40000 per month Work Location In person
