- Bachelor's degree preferred, paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
- At least 6 months of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome
- Experience working with financial and e-billing applications, e.g. SAP, Legal Tracker.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Solution-oriented problem solver who provides proactive and creative solutions and strategies in response to internal and external clients' needs
- Ability to identify issues and respond effectively with sound judgment skills.
- Strong computer skills including legal technology, database software and proficiency with productivity software including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations, electronic signature and cloud storage software.

- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Commerce Graduate
- Certified Public Accountant desired
- 1-2 years of Accounts Receivable Experience
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel). Working knowledge of SAP; Strong knowledge of TELUS billing systems (Compass, KB, Kenan, SIMS, CORE AB, CORE BC, ADCOM)

Position Overview:
● Manage legal billing, including operationalization of the TELUS External Counsel
Billing Policy, audit of legal invoices, and potential process improvements.
● Respond to billing process inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
● Review invoices to ensure that they are in compliance with the TELUS External
Counsel Billing Policy
● Work with AP to resolve any payment issues.
● Act as the system administrator and primary point of contact for support
requests related to TLRA's e-billing system (Legal Tracker).
● Create and set up new matters in Legal Tracker.
● Proactively identify and address potential billing issues to streamline the billing
process and enhance overall efficiency.
● Manage the Legal Operations mailbox.
