Job summary
The Area Lease Manager is responsible for maximizing the occupancy of malls assigned to him/her. He/she will help conceptualize and implement the right tenant mix for the malls.Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Business Administration, or any equivalent course.
- Must have experience in sales and marketing, specifically, commercial leasing.
- Must have excellent communication and negotiations skills
- Must be a very good people manager.
