    Support Engineer Job Description

    • Key Responsibilities:

      • Monitor security and service alerts from Cloudflare and other sources using Sumo Logic SIEM platform.

      • Review email-based alerts for predefined fault conditions.

      • Triage and respond to Level 1 (L1) alerts.

      • Log incidents and support requests in the ITSM system.

      • Escalate qualified incidents to Level 2/Level 3 engineers or the global support team.

      • Respond to customer tickets related to Cloudflare WAF false positives, DNS resolution issues, Exabeam agent health, and endpoint alert triage.

    • Minimum Requirements:

      • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.

      • 1–2 years experience in L1 IT support or SOC/NOC operations, email-based alert triage, and SIEM monitoring.

      • Working knowledge of Cloudflare, Sumo Logic, cybersecurity concepts, and networking fundamentals.

      • Comfortable working night shift in a remote 24x7 team environment.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers by troubleshooting technical issues, resolving incidents, and escalating complex problems to senior engineers. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
