- Support consultants with candidate sourcing activities, including creating talent pools and recruiting for active job openings.
- Conduct database searches and ongoing monitoring using platforms such as Seek Talent and LinkedIn.
- Draft and post job advertisements across relevant job boards and social platforms.
- Manage and respond to mainline inquiries, liaise with candidates regarding queries, and accurately relay messages to appropriate stakeholders.
- Oversee compliance processes using onboarding systems, ensuring all required documentation is completed and following up on outstanding requirements.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates, including booking flights and accommodation as required.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as CV formatting and maintaining organized digital records.
- Accurately add and update client and candidate information in recruitment systems such as Bullhorn.
- Conduct phone screenings for overseas candidates seeking relocation opportunities, assessing suitability and readiness.
- Provide ongoing administrative support to recruitment consultants and leadership as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Possess 3+ years of experience in Australian recruitment administration, talent acquisition support, or related administrative roles.
- Demonstrate proficiency in recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Seek Talent, and applicant tracking systems like Bullhorn.
- Have experience in job advertisement creation and candidate database management.
- Show familiarity with compliance documentation and onboarding processes.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
