    Specific Job title/Position: Sr. Loan Operations Associate

    • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance or related course
    • Willing to work ON-SITE in Pasay: Hybrid (2-3x a WEEK onsite)) for now until further notice
    • Amenable to work on a Dayshift Schedule: (9AM-6PM)
    • At least 3 years experience in Loan Origination
    • Has experience in Interest Rate Swap (Euribor, Sonia, SOFR)

    - Has working knowledge in Loan IQ (Software)

    • Can interpret and extract key operational and financial terms from credit/loan agreements and transfer documents and translate loan documentation into operational setup, including rate terms, amortization schedules, fees and payment instructions is a must.
    • Exposure to Syndicated, Bilateral Loans, Bonds, Deposit, Remittance, Derivatives and Treasury products.
    • Familiar with SWIFT, trade settlement platforms (ClearPar. DTCC, Euroclear/Clearstream) and custody accounts.
    • Experience in Execution of drawdowns, rollovers and trade settlements with Borrowers, Facility Agents, Custodians
    • Excellent English, oral and written, communication skills
