Systems Analyst
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements for Payroll and HRIS software implementation.
- Analyze client needs, workflows, and processes to identify system requirements and functional specifications
System Configuration and Customization:
- Configure Payroll and HRIS software solutions based on client requirements and technical specifications.
- Assist in the customization of system settings, workflows, reports, and user interfaces to meet client-specific needs.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing to identify defects and ensure quality.
- Identify and troubleshoot defects, issues, and discrepancies, working closely with stakeholders to resolve them
Documentation and Training:
- Conduct end-user training sessions to educate clients on system functionality, features, and best practices
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during and after implementation
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Must have 2 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably in HRIS or payroll software implementation.
- Has strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, benefits administration, and HRIS functionality.
- Proficiency in MSSQL and other related databases; and reporting tools.
- Experience with Payroll and HRIS software platforms.
- Proficiency in data analysis, system configuration, and software testing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
