    Profile Requirements:

    • 3+ or 5+ years previous experience in content editing, curation, or social media roles within a marketing or creative agency environment
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement best practices
    • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar platforms
    • Good to have: Experience using AI tools such as CGI or Adobe After Effects for enhanced content creation.
    • Ability to transform raw or unpolished content into high-quality, publish-ready assets
    • Experience supporting or contributing to brand strategy development and creative direction
    • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage posting schedules across multiple accounts
    • High attention to detail, with a strong eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment while meeting deadlines

    Core responsibilities:

    • Edit, refine, and enhance raw content (video, imagery, and copy) to ensure it meets brand guidelines and platform-specific best practices
    • Curate engaging, high-quality content that aligns with client objectives, campaign goals, and audience insights
    • Support the development and execution of brand strategies by contributing creative ideas and content recommendations
    • Design and produce visually compelling social media posts, stories, and marketing assets using graphic design tools
    • Ensure visual and tonal consistency across all content outputs for multiple brands and platforms
    • Plan, organise, and manage content calendars and posting schedules to ensure timely and consistent publishing
    • Collaborate closely with strategists, account managers, and creatives to deliver cohesive campaigns
    • Review content performance and assist in optimising future content based on insights and trends
