    Role Description

    · Preparation and sending out of various correspondences to clients.

    · Preparation of letters and required documents for filing with the Philippine Intellectual Property Office, Bureau of Customs and National Library.

    · Maintaining the integrity of the databases by updating CoreMatter and IP database for all developments in Items 1 and 2.

    · Preparation of termination sheets.

    · Remind lawyers and clients of deadlines.

    · Reviewing follow-up letters to clients regarding maintenance of accounts prepared by the junior paralegals.

    · Preparation of Request for Payments for 6.F. accounts

    · Maintaining the IP Library of Fees.

    · Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or a related field
    • At least one (1) year of experience in a law firm or legal setting
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and within deadlines
    • Good organizational and time management skills
    • Familiarity with legal research resources and tools
    • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Experience with legal document management systems is a plus
    • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
