Job Summary
Supports the Corporate Communications Senior Manager in planning, development, execution and evaluation of external and internal communication initiatives, programs, and campaigns of the Company. The primary role is to support the development of comprehensive communication strategies to enhance EEI Corporation's brand image, strong internal engagement, and effective management of external perceptions. This involves creating impactful content, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and building positive stakeholder relationships.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
I. Internal Communications
Critical Work Function: Information Dissemination and Employee Engagement
Key Tasks:
* Develop design and content of communication platforms and materials of the Company.
* Ensure that messaging in communication materials are clear and effective, and aligned with the company's goals and guidelines.
* Ensure that Company announcements follow brand guidelines and are timely disseminated to the appropriate audience.
* Support internal groups in planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of internal activities, events and presentations.
* Assist in the development of clear and precise business reports.
* Oversee the corporate email of the Company and handle coordination with internal stakeholders. * Assist in the department's record-keeping and billing management.
II. External Communications
Critical Work Function: Brand Awareness and Visibility
Key Tasks:
* Increase digital and on-site brand visibility and awareness, via Social Media, Website, Advertising, and in Project Sites.
* Develop advertisements and handle sponsorships.
* Monitor the online and social media performance of EEI.
* Recommend digital initiatives to support brand awareness and visibility.
* Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all external communication materials including printed and digital formats.
Critical Work Function: Media & Stakeholder Relations
Key Tasks:
* Help build and maintain positive relationship with media to strengthen the company's brand image.
* Support in the development of clear and engaging presentations for external events and media interviews.
Job Qualifications and Job Competencies
Qualifications
Educational Attainment: Bachelor's degree in Communications / Advertising / Arts & Media / Journalism / Mass Communications / Marketing
Skills : Graphic design and layout, video editing, writing, content creation and management
Experience: With 2 to 5 years work experience in Communications or related job
