Job summary
This is a bookkeeping position at No Joke Marketing Agency where you will support financial operations by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable payroll daily entries reconciliations reviewing expenses payroll records etc as assigned This role is vital for maintaining the financial health integrity of our agency
You will record day-to-day financial transactions complete posting process reconcile sales taxes bank accounts end each month monitor financial transactions reports process accounts receivable payable understand ledgers work accountant when necessary assist Finance Director creating financial reports analyze data identify our status participate audits track bank deposits payments assist budget preparation review monthly bank statements maintain company ledger daily
