Manage restaurant staffs work schedules Supervise the preparation display and delivery of food and drinks Will backup in serving food/ beverages and cashiering Ensure prompt and friendly customer service Monitor inventory and ensure that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked Monitor the restaurants cash flow and settle outstanding bills Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
