The Healthcare Training Supervisor is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs tailored to the healthcare services vertical of the BPO. This role ensures that employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and compliance awareness to deliver high-quality healthcare support services.
Key Responsibilities
Training Program Development
Design and deliver onboarding, product, process, and compliance training for healthcare accounts.
- Update training materials to align with industry regulations and client requirements.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Team Supervision
Lead a team of trainers and provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Monitor training delivery to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify skill gaps and address them through targeted training.
Performance & Compliance
Ensure all training programs meet HIPAA, data privacy, and healthcare compliance standards.
- Track post-training performance of agents and recommend interventions for improvement.
- Maintain accurate training records and reports for internal and client audits.
Continuous Improvement
Analyze training outcomes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Partner with stakeholders to align training initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 to 2years' experience in healthcare BPO training, preferably with exposure to specialized verticals (e.g., radiology, insurance processing).
- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, data privacy).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules (mid-shift or night shift).
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing trainers or training teams.
- Must be flexible to work in Taguig or Pasay locations
