- To respond to, action, follow up with carrier & warehouse partners, resolve and/or escalate customer inquiries and spot quote queries
- To cross reference carrier website milestone tracking events to report to customer and escalate any gaps in to the management
- To generate basic tracking reports, basic reports on a weekly and monthly basis
- To generate excel based forecast reports for carrier partners based on the data
- To receive carrier invoices weekly, follow invoice reconciliation process, update file and review
- To export data, price all transactions following pricing process, update customer invoice file and review
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Economics or related
- Preferably 2 years working experience in Air Logistics, Sales and Sea Logistics
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Good English communication skills
