Job summary
The internal title is Team Experience Administrator (TEA) - you will be a vital support role within the People Experience team designed to assist Team Advisors in managing staff accounts and delivering positive employee experience.This is a stand-alone career path within the People Experience section of People & Culture and is not a junior or stepping-stone role though it can serve as a foundation for those who wish to pursue a future Team Advisor position.
Responsibilities include Team Operations & Coordination Staff Support & Engagement Client & Project Support Requirements include minimum 1–2 years of administrative operations or support experience in an office environment strong organizational skills with high attention to detail proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint OneNote) experience with scheduling tracking and reporting tasks good written and verbal communication skills ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines comfort handling confidential information prior experience in one of the following areas Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant supporting foreign managers Sales Associate providing administrative support to BDMs Recruitment or People Operations support especially with foreign clients or managers For BPO Team Leaders considering the role must demonstrate attention to detail have significant experience outside BPO and understand this is a high staff client relationship management job Type Full-time Pay Php30 35 000.00 per month Benefits Company Christmas gift Company events Free parking Health insurance On-site parking Pay raise Staff meals provided Ability to commute/relocate Clark Freeport Zone Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required offshore client support 2 years Required Work Location In person >
