Job summary
We are looking for a Field Trainer to strengthen our Partners & Distribution team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end training programs: needs assessment, design, facilitation (in-person & online), feedback collection, and effectiveness evaluation
- Conduct regular field training for sales managers and frontline sales teams
- Partner closely with business verticals to align learning initiatives with business goals
