This is a full-time on-site role for a Training and Development Supervisor at Furukawa Automotive Systems Lima Philippines Inc., located in Lipa.

The Training and Development Supervisor will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis, designing and implementing training and development programs, utilizing analytical skills to assess training effectiveness, and facilitating effective communication among team members.

The Supervisor will oversee the training process, ensure compliance with quality standards, and continuously improve training programs.

Experience in delivering training sessions and workshops
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resource Management , Behavioral Science or related field
